OUR PROCESS

  • Design Development

    We begin the project with an in-depth discussion about your needs, identify your practical and design goals, and establish the scope for the space. Next, we make all the final decisions on furniture, fabrics, and finishes in a series of presentations using Storyboards to help you visualize each item in your space.

  • Procurement

    Once the design of your home is finalized, we move on to sourcing and ordering the fabrics, materials, furnishings and accessories we’ve agreed upon. We manage orders with our vendors, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Our online project management system allows us to organize and execute the vision effectively.

  • Install

    After all construction is complete, we schedule a final install day to put the finishing touches! and conduct a walk-through to discuss any outstanding items. In addition, we provide a project summary and maintenance binder detailing all of the items selected for the project and how to care for selected pieces.

 
 

New Construction

In full-scale projects, there are a lot of decisions to make. We work with architects, builders, and our clients from concept to completion to execute custom homes that are uniquely tailored to their needs. Our collaborative process takes the stress out off of you so you can enjoy the experience.

Full Home Furnishing

For clients who have a new or existing home who need help sourcing and bringing a space together, we handle everything from initial concept to final installation. We skillfully select a blend of specially made pieces, carefully sourced antiques, and contemporary design to create spaces styled exclusively for you.

Renovations/Remodels

Our Renovations/ Remodels Service is for those who are in the process of planning an extensive remodel of their current home. We work with our clients to hone in on their vision for improving the flow and design of their space and work with great architects and builders to bring it to life.

A La Carte

Have a specific design dilemma? Our 1:1 virtual mini sessions are a quick way to get expert advice to help solve your home-related design problems. Over the course of two 60-min sessions, we’ll discuss your existing challenges for your space, provide ideas, solutions, and tips for where to shop and a personalized action plan.
